Our client is seeking an Industrial Relations (IR) Intern for a 12-month contract. The IR Intern will work alongside experienced HR team to assist in managing and resolving employee relations issues. Key responsibilities will include supporting investigations, drafting correspondence, and helping to ensure a healthy and compliant work environment. The chosen candidate will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a broad range of HR functions, including policy development, labor law compliance, and workplace mediation. This role requires strong collaboration skills as the IR Intern will work cross-functionally with other departments to drive strategic HR initiatives.
